MGMT3000 - 02 - Managing & Leading Organizations

This course examines the human aspects of management and is concerned with the ways in which the interactions of members of the management hierarchy contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. The course utilizes both case studies and textual material allowing students to apply management approaches to a variety of management situations and environments.
