CRES1000 - 01 - Boston Insights

This course provides students with a chance to explore Boston as an immersive case study for understanding the relationship between urban environments, technology, sustainability, and equity. Students learn how the city is run, its plans for the future, and how it is addressing current challenges. Through field trips and topics like environmental justice, sea level rise, housing, mobility, and green space, the course asks students to consider the question: What does it mean for a city to be resilient?
