Description

Reviews arithmetic, including percents, proportion, and geometric formulae. Covers functions of polynomials, solving polynomial and rational equations and linear inequalities, use of logarithms and exponential functions, graphing straight lines. Emphasis on translating between words and equations and on problem solving. Includes a lab for extra support. Successful completion of Math 100 is equivalent to successful completion of Math 101. Students may not take both courses.
