Description

This is a beginning course in Mold-making, introducing materials and techniques used in the creation of rigid and flexible molds. Initial focus will be on traditional casting methods, including life casting and the use of waste molds, but as the semester progresses and the student begins to understand the possibilities of the processes, alternative methods and materials will be introduced. 3 credits
