Description

This Introductory-intermediate level class covers a multitude of ways to manipulate glass into sculptural forms. Hot: by melting and forming glass rods and tubes at a table top torch Warm: by fusing and slumping glass in kilns Cold: by cutting, grinding and assembling glass These processes and techniques will be taught through a series of assignments, group and individual projects, demonstrations and visiting artists.
