Description

The Psychology of Happiness and Well-Beingfocuses on the scientific study of the social, psychological, and environmental conditions that allow people to grow, thrive, and live fulfilling lives. This course will focus on our current scientific understanding of topics such as happiness, optimism, mindfulness, resilience, empathy, and connection.As part of the course, students will learn about the academic research on these topics, as well as participate in experiential exercises designed to enhance personal well-being.
