Description

This course will introduce the methods used in public and global health research. The course will take students through the initial steps of the research process, weigh methodological options when creating a research study and discuss the data analysis and research dissemination processes. Students will gain the skills necessary to draft a research proposal. We will examine the importance of ethical considerations at every step of the research process. By the end of the course, students will gain the skills necessary to evaluate and think critically about research.
