Description

This course provides an in-depth exploration of asset pricing theory and its application to financial markets. The course covers fundamental models of asset pricing, including the Capital Asset Pricing Model, Arbitrage Pricing Theory, and modern approaches such as consumption-based asset pricing and factor models. Students will learn how prices for financial assets, such as stocks and bonds, are determined, as well as the role of risk, arbitrage, and market efficiency in these processes.
