This unique hybrid course offers students, with fundamental technical and aestheAc knowledge in the disciplines of film and/or digital photography, an opportunity to develop their understanding and faculty of the medium further. Within an environment of enhanced criAcal review and autonomy, students engage in an exploraAon of more advanced visual strategies. The focus of the course is a technical review and praxis of the foundaAons of photographic lighAng and their applicaAon via an independent, creaAve image project.
